1. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a pre-booked appointment, you agree to pay 100% of the booking fee. No refunds will be provided for missed reservations, and no further appointments will be offered in the future.

2. Right to Refuse Treatment

  • I reserve the right to refuse treatment if there is any suspicion that a client has consumed recreational drugs or engaged in excessive alcohol consumption prior to the session.

  • I reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client speaks in a rude or derogatory manner.

  • I reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client is physically or verbally abusive, or displays inappropriate, aggressive, or sexually inappropriate behavior. Such conduct will result in a permanent ban and may also lead to criminal proceedings.

3. Hygiene Policy
Clients are required to maintain good personal hygiene before attending their appointment. I reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client does not meet an acceptable standard of cleanliness, as this is essential for a safe and comfortable treatment experience.

3.1 Allow the masseuse to shower before leaving and provide a clean towel.

(Please inform us if on-site showering facilities are unavailable.)

Make the room temperature warmer for your comfort.

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If a foreseeable event, such as illness or adverse weather conditions, will prevent you from attending, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible.

5. Age Restriction
5.1. Only clients aged 18 or above are permitted to use our services and facilities.

6. Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments
I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to cancel within this timeframe or failure to attend the appointment without proper notice will result in a charge for the full session, as it may not be possible to fill the appointment slot, and I still need to cover my costs.

7. International Currencies

All fees are quoted in GBP or pounds sterling. A 10% surcharge will apply to international payments. This is due to the possibility of currency rate fluctuations or exchange fees that a masseuse might encounter when converting your payment.

8. Payment

Customer are required full payment in advance. The masseuse must be paid in full within 10 minutes of their arrival. There will be no discounts, partial refunds or reductions to the agreed payments.
